TransmissionControl ("the App") is developed by Sergiy Olkhovyy ("we", "us", "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.

The following information is stored locally on your device only:

• Transmission server address, port, RPC path, username, and password
• App preferences (language, theme, refresh interval)
• Pro purchase status (cached locally for offline access)

This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

2. Third-Party Services

The App connects to:

a) Your Transmission server — a server you own and control.
We have no access to this connection or its data.

b) Apple App Store (StoreKit) — to process In-App Purchases.
Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy

The App does not use any analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.

3. Push Notifications

The App may send local notifications to inform you when a download completes. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.

4. Data Security

All server credentials are stored locally in your device's storage. We recommend using a strong password for your Transmission server and enabling HTTPS when possible.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
